WHO WE ARE ?
Cindy: A Journey Fueled by Passion and Purpose
Diagnosed with dyslexia and dysorthographia, Cindy refused to let her challenges define her. She ventured abroad, living in numerous countries, where she honed her language skills and found creative ways to overcome her difficulties.
It was during these experiences that her love for tourism blossomed, leading her naturally to the role of a tour guide.
But one life-changing moment reshaped her path: the birth of her little sister, Clara, who was diagnosed with a chronic and debilitating illness. This diagnosis profoundly impacted her family, bringing challenges like constant worry, the struggle to travel together, and the need to meticulously plan in a world not designed for accessibility.
A Commitment to Accessible Tourism
Determined to make a difference, Cindy chose to specialize in accessible tourism. As a guide and companion for people with disabilities, she ensures that every trip, no matter the destination, is stress-free and enjoyable.
To contribute further, she became an evaluator for the Tourism & Handicap label, the only official French certification awarded to tourism professionals who commit to providing accessible leisure and vacation experiences for all.
Recognizing the importance of breaking language barriers, Cindy also trained to teach English to individuals with intellectual disabilities or dyslexia, helping them feel more confident in their travels.

Inspired to bring together her passions – tourism, disability, languages, and consulting – Cindy launched TravelHand, a company that redefines the travel experience. With TravelHand, she sought to create a business that not only reflects her personal journey but also empowers others to travel without limitations.
Cindy’s entrepreneurial spirit drives her to constantly challenge the status quo, advocating for inclusion and accessibility in every aspect of travel. Her vision for TravelHand is not just to be a travel agency, but a movement that brings real change to the tourism industry.
